RBZ, LLP ADVANCES TO THE NUMBER SEVEN SPOT ON THE LOS ANGELES BUSINESS JOURNAL'S "BEST PLACES TO WORK IN LOS ANGELES" 2009 SURVEY

August 5, 2009, Los Angeles, California – RBZ, LLP, a Los Angeles-based accounting and business consulting firm, has been ranked among the top 10 “Best Places to Work in Los Angeles” by the Los Angeles Business Journal for the second year in a row. RBZ advanced its ranking from the 10th spot in 2008 to the 7th in 2009, and also continues to hold the position of the highest ranked accounting firm in the mid-sized companies category.

Firms from every industry throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area participated in a two-part assessment process: an Employer Questionnaire captured information about company policies, practices and demographics. The second part was the Employee Satisfaction Survey, which consisted of agreement statements, open-ended and demographic questions. Results were from the survey were analyzed and categorized according to eight core focus areas: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall satisfaction.
