Gary Garbowitz

Gary Garbowitz has more than 31 years of public accounting service and is one of the partners leading RBZ’s Entrepreneurial Services Group. He provides accounting, tax and business consulting services to emerging and middle-market businesses, including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, business services and technology, as well as their shareholders and families.

Beyond traditional accounting and tax compliance services, Gary oversees the delivery of business consulting services, including business and strategic planning, financial risk analysis, budgeting, merger and acquisition due diligence, and exit strategies.

Working closely with the owners of the businesses he serves, Gary also provides tax-consulting services ranging from retirement planning to trusts and estates to multi-generation planning. Gary’s unique blend of services reflects the entrepreneurial market he serves – always proactive with quality solutions.

Outside of his work at RBZ, Gary is a Board member of the Mid Valley Jeopardy Foundation. He is a former Board member of the Center for Health Care Rights, the Los Angeles Free Clinic and the Tourette Syndrome Association, and served as President of a local chapter of The City of Hope.

Gary is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Gary graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge.
