Mark Baumohl

Mark Baumohl is the Managing Administrative Partner of RBZ and Co-Partner-In-Charge of the RBZ Family Wealth Group. In his role as Administrative Partner, Mark is in charge of the day to day operations and firm infrastructure and seeing that it supports RBZ’s ability to provide unparalleled service to its clients. Mark also has overall responsibility for RBZ’s technology department.

Mark’s career includes over 31 years of public accounting experience. His duties within the Family Wealth practice includes serving high-net-worth individuals in estate planning, financial transactions, income tax compliance and development of personal and business income tax strategies.

Specializing in family tax planning, multi-generational and succession planning, trusts and estates, Mark recognizes the unique concerns of individuals, business owners and executives, families, and family or closely-held businesses, and takes a personal approach to serving each client. He utilizes RBZ’s extensive network of outside advisors, including attorneys, insurance advisors, investment advisors, appraisers and other family wealth specialists, to build the best team to protect and preserve the assets that his clients have spent a lifetime to earn.

Mark anticipates the needs of his clients, rather than merely reacting to them, enabling him to minimize their taxes and administrative costs. He facilitates the growth of the Family Wealth Group by implementing new family wealth tools, tactics, strategies and techniques.

Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mark graduated cum laude with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Humboldt.
