Ted Roth

Ted Roth is a co-founding Partner of RBZ and has over 36 years of experience in public accounting. He is responsible for the delivery of audit, business and individual tax, in addition to a broad array of business consulting services for a wide range of clients in the middle-market and real estate industries.

Ted’s middle-market experience includes serving the hospitality, mortgage banking/broker, advertising, and manufacturing and distribution industries. His real estate experience includes serving home builders, commercial and residential developers, mobile home park operators and land developers.

His business consulting experience includes transaction negotiation, business restructuring and reorganization, forensic accounting, compensation planning and strategies, and bankruptcy resolution. Ted brings to his clients the ingredients that have been the cornerstone of RBZ’s success: timely communication, aggressive problem-solving and personal attention.

Ted is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ted is a member of the Board of Directors of Community Corporation of Santa Monica, an affordable housing developer.

Ted graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge, and earned a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
